Mr. Naga Venkata Uday Pavan Teja Puli
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Pavan Teja Puli, the Founder and Chairman of Israelites Pharma, established the company in December with a vision to create a trusted name in pharmaceutical innovation and excellence. A graduate in B.Tech and MBA, he began his career at Telemart Pvt. Ltd., Noida, where his dedication and leadership took him from Executive to Manager within a short period. With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Pavan has been the driving force behind the company’s growth. His strategic leadership, commitment to quality, and focus on ethical business practices continue to shape Israelites Pharma into a brand synonymous with innovation, integrity, and healthcare excellence.
Mr.Rajkumar Kompelli
Co-Founder & Director
Mr. Rajkumar Kompelli, Co-Founder & Director of Israelites Pharma, holds an MBA and brings a wealth of experience in banking, finance, and pharmaceuticals. He began his professional journey as a Privileged Banker at ICICI Bank, developing expertise in financial management and client relations.
Transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, he served at Mankind Pharma, advancing from Executive to Manager, gaining strong operational and market insights.
In 2024, he partnered with Mr. Pavan to establish Israelites Pharma, where he now leads strategic business operations, financial growth, and market expansion.
Mrs.Dosapatni Hemakumari
Director
Mrs. Hema Kumari, Director at Israelites Pharma, holds a B.Sc. degree and plays a key role in maintaining corporate governance, organizational harmony, and operational excellence.
Her thoughtful leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to transparency foster a culture of trust, teamwork, innovation, empowerment, and continuous improvement within the organization.
