Mr. Naga Venkata Uday Pavan Teja Puli
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Pavan, the Founder and Chairman of Israelites Pharma, established the company in December with a vision to build a trusted name in pharmaceutical excellence. A graduate in B.Tech and MBA, he began his career during his engineering studies at Telemart Pvt. Ltd., Noida, where his determination and skill led him from Executive to Manager. With over 15 years of experience, his leadership and commitment have been instrumental in shaping Israelites Pharma into a company rooted in innovation, quality, and ethical business practices.
Mr.Rajkumar Kompelli
Co-Founder
The Co-Founder of Israelites Pharma holds an MBA and began his professional journey as a Privileged Banker at ICICI Bank, gaining strong expertise in finance and client relations. Later, he transitioned into the pharmaceutical sector with Mankind Pharma, where he advanced from Executive to Manager, gaining deep operational and market knowledge. His collaboration with Mr. Pavan marked the foundation of Israelites Pharma, where he now leads business operations, strategic growth, and market expansion with vision and precision.

Mrs. Hema Kumari, wife of Mr. Pavan, is a B.Sc. graduate and serves as a Director at Israelites Pharma. Her thoughtful leadership, commitment to excellence, and focus on corporate governance play a crucial role in maintaining organizational harmony and operational transparency. She continues to inspire a culture of trust, teamwork, and innovation that strengthens the company’s foundation and long-term growth.
